Mamma Mia

Ohio Kappa has made the Aronoff a part of its tradition every year since it’s founding.  Each spring, we visit the theater as a sisterhood event to see a Broadway production. It is always the largest siterhood of the year. This year, 94 girls attended the event. As for the shows? From Legally Blonde to Shrek to Mama Mia, each show is as great as the last, and while the talent on stage is indisputable, the sisterhood that forms watching is magical.
“This is one of my favorite sisterhood events to take part in because it is so unique.  Even the bus ride to and from downtown is fun! Girls are singing and pointing out different areas of Cincinnati. We end up creating tons of inside jokes on those bus rides. “The event gives us a chance to experience the arts while bonding with our sisters,” says chapter member Julia Schulenburg. She continues, “I had a great time seeing Mama Mia and can’t wait to see what show is in store for us next year!”

All around, it’s an experience that we hope remains a tradition for all OH Kappa angels to experience during their time as active members.
