Pi Beta Phi participated in Sigma Chi’s Derby Days November 7th – 11th. Sigma Chi’s Derby Days consisted of a variety of events from trivia to relay races over a few days. All the money raised through these events went to the Huntsman cancer institute. Kenzie Austin, Vice President of Administration participated in penny wars, the skit competition, and dizzy bat. She said that her “Favorite parts of Derby Days were meeting all the Sigma Chis and making Pi Phi present in the Greek community". Kelsey McKay also participated in Derby Days by painting the banner, which was displayed for the duration of Derby Days outside the Pi Beta Phi house; she also competed in the trivia game.
